Before my daughters were born and I was studying to become a medical doctor, I would struggle with weight fluctuations, mood swings, irritability, bad PMS, skin issues and poor sleep. It was so frustrating to spend so much time looking up how to lose weight, feel better, learn how your gut had an impact on your mental health and weight….I spent hours researching everything.
My friends and colleagues at the time were facing the same issues( and they were doctors too!!) Quite frankly, I’m fed up with nutritional lies harming people and keeping them confused about what to eat. It’s easy to see how we can find ourselves avoiding the foods that are beneficial, while eating in a way that damages our hormones. Everyday, women sabotage their libido, mood, and hormones by following common nutritional obscenities. I know — I was one of them. I killed my libido by subscribing to the “fat is bad” myth. My periods, mood and breasts suffered while I indulged the “soy will save you” fad. Why would I sacrifice more and years of my time, energy, and effort… just to lose a couple of kilos only to gain them back on?? (The average person who uses dieting and exercise to lose weight and get healthy almost always put it back on if they don’t address the underlying issues..)
And especially when I finally figured another way! So, I started to really learn about how our cells work, not just at the biochemical level but at the energy and quantum level. (Which meant that I understood how our cells actually make and use energy to signal and how minerals and hormones were really important in this process)
At that moment, I knew I had started to figure it all out!!
Obviously, I did it for myself and shed stacks of weight, had huge amounts of energy, slept like a baby, was up at 5:30am every morning and had no anxiety/ mood issues. And now I had loads of energy and focus to do with as I please because my body feels alive again.
For me, that means I wake up every morning and feed my kids breakfast. Then, I go about my day and have the energy to bound into my day and effortlessly fall asleep at night and sleep 8-9 hours per night….every night…

About Dr Sara
Dr Sara is medically trained as a doctor and also as a chiropractor. After spending years studying and working in both professions, she has decided to leave practicing as a medical doctor to focus her passion outside of medicine and chiropractic and into her real joy and passion which is holistic health and wellness education and coaching. She has theatrical training and experience as well which allows her to bring energy and vibrance to all of her work.
Having had both sides of training, complementary and allopathic medicine, she is uniquely trained in looking at both sides of the coin and has spent years researching and looking into the real cause of cellular stress and dysfunction that can lead to weight gain, hormone issues, insomnia, inflammatory issues and much more.She had struggled for years following mainstream advice on how to stay healthy, lose weight and nothing was working.
