Dr Sara is medically trained as a doctor and also as a chiropractor. After spending years studying and working in both professions, she has decided to focus her passion outside of medicine and chiropractic and into her real joy and passion which is holistic health and wellness education and coaching. She has theatrical training and experience as well which allows her to bring energy and vibrance to all of her work.
Having had both sides of training, complementary and allopathic medicine, she is uniquely trained in looking at both sides of the coin and has spent years researching and looking into the real cause of cellular stress and dysfunction that can lead to weight gain, hormone issues, insomnia, inflammatory issues and much more.She had struggled for years following mainstream advice on how to stay healthy, lose weight and nothing was working.
It was only by delving into the world of quantum biology, mitochondrial bioenergetics, minerals and biophysics that she found the answers she was after. Her advice is NOT medical advice but rather advice on how you can optimise your cellular energy, mitochondria and hormones naturally without supplements or pills. Dr Sara does speaking engagements and group/1:1 coaching to assist people in identifying what aspects of their life might be stopping their health goals, for example, weight loss and energy. She has helped hundreds of people improve their health without using meds or pills, but rather optimising their circadian cycles, sleeping, gut health and mood.
This next chapter of her career will be stepping away from medicine completely and moving into a space where she can be fully authentic and mentor people to achieve optimal health and wellness with her vast knowledge and unique quirky personality.
